Mixed feelings ABOUT the STAY
noise levels damp bathroom
i was NOT impressed with a few things. the noise levels WERE unacceptable. i could hear everything happening in the hallway and adjoining rooms, hard to sleep. the bathroom lacked proper ventilation so it smelled damp.

The location was great I could easily walk to shops. Staff members were friendly they helped with directions. Breakfast was good it prepared me for the day.
The carpet in my room was old it looked quite dirty. The shower had issues it alternated between hot and cold water. The pillows were not comfortable they felt very flat.

central location polite staff secure access cleanliness
the hotel's central location was convenient. reception staff were polite and helpful. i felt secure accessing the hotel late at night. the cleanliness and pleasantness of the staff added to the experience.

the twin room was a good size and nicely decorated. tea and coffee facilities were in the room and refilled daily. bedding was fresh and clean which i found nice.

the hotel had modern interior design with a garden theme. the ensuite bathroom included a bath-tub. the cooked vegetarian breakfast was delicious and plentiful, AMAZING!!!

The location proved convenient. It allowed easy access to many attractions. The room was spacious and clean. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The soundproofing was not ideal. Noise from neighboring rooms was audible. This impacted the overall sense of privacy and quiet.
